(A close friend reported this week that his leukemia has come out of remission and has passed into a dangerous stage. The news moved him to write the following.)

Never take life too seriously,
None will get out alive,
Experience joy deliriously,
Run, achieve and thrive.

Please, no moment of silence,
Instead raise up a cheer,
In your love I find all kindness,
Rejoice that I was here.
